Booking accommodation after September 1 2007
Please note: After September 1 2007 we can not guarantee hotel rooms up front. If, after this date, you decide that you require accommodation at the venue, please send an e-mail with your requirements. We will then check and clear your requirements with the venue and get back to you within 24 hours with confirmation/decline of availability.

Invoicing and payment of conference fee
The registration system for Dyalog ’07 is linked to PayPal for easy online payment processing. Once you have processed your payment our registration system will generate a Dyalog invoice which will be e-mailed in PDF format to the e-mail address you have used in the booking form. The document will state that payment has been received in full.

If, for some reason, you do not want to process your payment through PayPal – we kindly ask you to do the following:

1. Fill in the booking form on the registration website – including all requirements for accommodation, selection of training courses and personal & company details as appropriate, and calculate the total amount using the calculation button. Note down the amount for your reference.
2. When you have completed the booking form proceed to PayPal when the PayPal checkout button is activated.
3. Note down the transaction number PayPal generates – then abandon PayPal.
4. Send an e-mail with the transaction number from PayPal. We need this information in order to generate an invoice specifying your registration details, against which you can then pay your conference fee directly to Dyalog Ltd. Note however, we do need your payment for the entire conference amount including accommodation prior to the start date of the conference.
