Flexible booking format
We have developed a flexible registration format that allows you to mix and match your booking for Training Days, User Group Conference and Array Language Conference - precisely as you wish.

In order to accommodate the large demand for training we have included 2 training days: Monday 16th and Friday 20th October. You can choose to book training on both days - or just one of them. The registration system prompts you to indicate which training courses you’d like to attend on the respective days.

  * Array Language Day is included in the conference package.

All conference packages include: Training sessions as booked, all conference sessions, conference documentation, lunch, dinner, tea/coffee and refreshments. For delegates who are attending the Array Language Day only, the conference fee includes all sessions, conference documentation, lunch, dinner, tea/coffee and refreshments.

The conference fee includes 1 ticket per delegate for the Banquet Wednesday 18th October. If you would like your spouse/partner or other additional guests to attend the Banquet, extra tickets may be booked @ 500 DKK per person. Please indicate how many additional tickets you need when you fill in the registration form.

Dietary requirements
If you have any special dietary requirements, please include details as appropriate (i.e. vegetarian, gluten/nut allergy, kosher, etc.), along with your personal details on the first page of the registration system. The restaurant kitchen will prepare dishes to accommodate your wishes.

Accommodation
All rooms are twin double rooms, although they may be booked as a single room. However, if you would like to save a bit on accommodation, it is possible to share a room with a mate or colleague. If you want to share a room, we recommend that you agree with your mate/colleague prior to booking. The booking system has a facility for you to type in the name of the person you want to share a room with.

Accommodation is priced separately. On the last page of the registration system – where you confirm your booking - the system informs you of the Accommodation price as well as the Conference price.

We have arranged for accommodation for the night of Sunday 15th for those who plan to arrive in Denmark that day.

Bed and Breakfast is provided in shared twin rooms at 448 DKK per person per night. For single room occupancy the price is 744 DKK per night.

Spouse Package
If you are bringing your spouse or partner and he/she is not attending the conference, take advantage of our spouse package. This includes accommodation(shared with delegate in twin room), breakfast and dinner. If your spouse/partner is on-site when lunch is served, they are welcome to attend the lunch - free of charge. Unfortunately we cannot provide any lunch compensation for those who are not on-site during lunch.

Helsingør and the immediately surrounding area offers plenty of interesting sight-seeing opportunities, including the castle of Kronborg. Sweden and Helsingborg is just a 15 minutes ferry ride across Øresund. Copenhagen, and the famous pedestrian street “Strøget”, can be reached by train in less than an hour. We have plenty of other suggestions for things to see.

User presentations on Wednesday 18th October
We’re still interested in hearing from you if you have interesting work that you would be willing to share with us. Please write to the Conference Organisers if you would like to give a presentation on the second day of the Dyalog Conference. We’d love to fit you in if possible!
