The Liquidator™ 96 is a very precise and accurate bench top pipetting system. Like most laboratory equipment, with proper care, use, and maintenance, the unit will provide many hours of reliable use.

Anachem Ltd offers service and calibration contracts that meet the diverse research needs of our customers. This includes the 4-year Extended Warranty programme, in addition to a routine Calibration Preventative Maintenance Service Plans (PM) programme. All service and calibration work is carried out at Anachem’s state of the art facility in Luton, the prices shown in the quotations above includes shipping costs, installation and re-alignment in the customers lab on completion of each PM service.

Liquidator Installation and Alignment
To ensure the accuracy and precision of the Liquidator system, Anachem recommends that the unit is installed and aligned by our trained engineers.

4 Year Extended Warranty programme
This option includes annual preventative maintenance and calibration guaranteeing performance and extending the Liquidator warranty up to 4 years. It provides a 24% cost saving when compared to taking equivalent annual PM Service plans.

Every Liquidator 96 that arrives at Anachem’s Pipette Service Centre is fully inspected and checked for mechanical wear and tear so that, when returned, the unit operates and functions as new. Specific tasks include:

• Inspection and testing of the sealing system for all 96 nozzles
• Liquid leak test on each of the 96 channels (before and after maintenance and/or repair)
• Functionality testing of all mechanical components, with adjustment as needed
• Clean and re-grease
• Replacement of o-rings
• Replacement of nozzles as required
• Replacement of pistons as required (chargeable item – customer will be contacted prior to replacing these)
• Lateral and horizontal alignment/adjustment of the pipetting head
• Alignment/adjustment of the tip table trays
• Calibration Measurements: four (4) measurements performed at 10% (20μl) and 100% (200μl) for all 96 nozzles.

Additional as found measurements can be carried out as part of this programme, if this is required please contact us for a separate quotation.

Preventative Maintenance Service Plans
For those organizations that do not wish to purchase the extended service contract, Anachem offers two (2) Calibration and Preventative Maintenance levels of service for the Liquidator 96. These programmes are identical to RAININ’s globally established Calibration PM Plan A and Calibration PM Plan B. These plans are designed for scientists or organizations that require the Liquidator 96 have specific calibrations completed at specific intervals as determined by the customer’s internal standard operating procedures (SOP’s). All calibration work is carried out at Anachem’s state of the art facility in Luton, the prices shown in the quotations includes shipping costs and re-alignment in the customers lab on completion.

The two versions of the Calibration PM plans for the Liquidator 96 are:

Option 1 (Calibration PM Plan A)
Option 1 does not include As Found measurements and includes the following:

• Inspection and testing of the sealing system for all 96 nozzles
• Liquid leak test on each of the 96 channels (before and after maintenance and/or repair)
• Functionality testing of all mechanical components, with adjustment as needed
• Clean and re-grease

Anachem Ltd uses state-of-the-art gravimetric technology in the calibration of the Liquidator 96. The SpeedCal balance system is designed for multichannel pipette and Liquidator 96 calibrations. Liquidator 96 published accuracy and precision specifications are as follows:

Before returning your Liquidator 96 to your lab, the final calibration is performed on the SpeedCal balance in Anachem’s accredited ISO14001, ISO 9001 and ISO17025 calibration room. This is a unique clean area that is temperature controlled to 21.5°C, ± 1°C with humidity set at 45 – 75%. This enables calibration technicians to provide the finest adjustments to your system and provide you with an updated calibration certificate that you can maintain in your records for future use. Regular internal balance checks are performed with E2 traceable weights to ensure published accuracy and precision specifications are achieved.

Liquidator installation & alignment - to ensure the accuracy and precision of the Liquidator system Anachem recommends that the unit is installed and aligned by our trained engineers. Installation and alignment costs £250.00.

Liquidator Warranty - The Liquidator 96 is sold with a one year conditional warranty from the date of purchase which guarantees accuracy, precision and functionality to published specifications. The standard warranty on a Liquidator 96 does not cover damage due to physical or chemical abuse or consumable parts. The detail of the warranty is provided in the user manual and is also listed below.

Limited Warranty and Limitation of Liability

1. Seller warrants the merchandise to conform to specifications. Under no circumstances shall Seller be responsible for alleged nonconformities with respect to any merchandise which has been used for purposes or in any manner for which it was not intended, or any merchandise which has been customized or modified without Seller’s prior written consent, or damaged or misused. As Buyer’s exclusive remedy in the event of breach of warranty, Seller shall repair or replace, as its option, any nonconforming merchandise or parts thereof for a period of one (1) year after delivery. All claims must be made in writing to the Seller. Any claims not made within the period specified above shall be deemed waived and released.

IN NO EVENT SHALL SELLER BE LIABLE TO BUYER OR ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA OR LOSS OF USE) ARISING OUT OF THE MANUFACTURE, SALE, SUPPLY, USE, MARKETING, RESALE OR OPERATION OF THE MERCHANDISE, EVEN IF SELLER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES OR LOSSES.
